Solution: If your Pockets UPI app issued by ICICI Bank is blocked, then you can unblock your app by calling customer care.  After 3 wrong mPIN in your accounts is blocked for security reason. Re-activation of account can take 1-2 days. Your money (wallet) amount is safe in your account and you can use that fund after authentication.

b) Not able to transfer money or transaction using Pockets UPI app?
Solution: If you have not updated ICICI

c) I am not able to sign in Pockets UPI App.
Solution: In the welcome screen you have to enter 4 Digit or 6 Digit mPIN password. That you have generates at the time of verifying the mobile number.

d) SIM Verification problem. Already spent Rs 1.5 3 times.
Solution: Check your network signal are working fine. You can check the status by calling or SMS to other number and check if the phone number is in the coverage area of network.

e) IMPS/ NEFT/ Netbanking/ USSD/ RTGS transfer error.
Solution: The customer has full rights of accounts. ICICI Bank official UPI app (Pockets) can be used to transfer funds via IMPS, NEFT or UPI by creating VPA (Virtual Payment Address)

f) Transaction History not showing on Pockets UPI app.
Solution: If you have paid bills online using UPI app, then you get SMS and also you can check transaction history in your app. If your transaction history is not visible, then you have to close Pockets UPI app and then open it.

g) Cashback offers are not credited to account. Why?
Solution: The offers of ICICI iMobile and UPI app are directly credited to account. The cashback of Movie Ticket, PayTM, Mobile Recharge, DTH, Train Ticket, Air Ticket, Electricity bills and Water bills, restaurant bill. Check in Wallet – Cashback terms and conditions etc.

h) Physical cards of UPI App, Visa Free Virtual Cards not able to use on stores?
Solution: If you want to use the Physical Cards issued by Pockets UPI app (Virtual VISA/ Master Cards) then you must have the amount on the cards, bank account.

    Sir mera icici account no.0844×05469 he. Mene 10-7-17 ko SBI account 3537c522 me transfer kiye the.mere pese SBI account me transfer nahi hue he .or mere account mese pese debit hogaye he . Mera transection id -7191×006 he please sir mere pese mere account me refund kar dijiye. Mere mobile no.738×62126 he.
