ADP does not provide live support for employees of ADP clients – please contact your company Human Resources or Payroll department for help. Need my W-2 – I need a copy of my current W-2 (Ans: Did you look for your W-2 on the ADP portal (https://my.adp.com) or on ADP mobile?). I need a copy of a past W-2, My W-2 is wrong. Need my paystub/paycheck question. Mobile App Issues – Issue with clocking in, Problem with fingerprint or face scan, App missing features, App is running slow, Older pay stubs or W-2 missing
