a) I am not able to add more than 1 account. I want to add 2 accounts in Allahabad Bank UPI App.
Solution: At present the UPI app of Allahabad allows to show you only 1 account. You can remove that account and then you can select bank you want to add. At a time only one bank is accessible for transaction and transfer.
b) I am unable to login into Allahabad Bank app it says your ID is locked and now when m trying to reset my MPIN using Forgot Login Pin it again says your ID is locked.
Solution: There is no want that you can login in your account. You have to contact the home branch or call the customer care.
c) Mobile is not registered, but all transactions or SMS alerts & OTP received of my number
Solution: If you have linked mobile number with bank account, then you can register for mobile banking. You have to contact or register online on Allahabad Bank with MPIN you received.
d) Add my account via Allahabad Bank App, it is showing that XH Account not existing (remitter). Please help
Solution: If you are not able to add account. Please check the limitation of your account Just call the customer care and tell that you are a member of Allahabad bank, account number and is not able to add an account on Android App.
e) Connectivity not established, please checking your GPRS settings or contact your mobile operator. What is this issue?
Solution: Which type of internet you are using, if you have fast internet then this msg will not come. In slow connection, the ERROR of GPRS in Allahabad App is very common. So, you have to take care of GPRS Connectivity in 3G/ 4G network fast. Is the issue of GPRS connectivity increases, please update the App.
