Change BharatPe Bank Account
You can change the primary bank account linked to the BharatPe UPI QR Code for your Business. It can be Saving or Current Account. Follow the steps to Change Bank account at BharatPe for Merchants App. Follow the steps:-
- GO to the “Settlement” section of BharatPe App
- Click on “Setting” button on top right (Next to your bank account).
- Now you are in the Settlement Settings. Click on the “Setting” in this section too. “Account Name”.
- You will be redirected to “Bank Account Change” Page open in the Web Browser. (Direct Link)
Below are the details required:-
- Registered Mobile Numer
- Email Address
- Old account cancel cheque photo
- Old account type of ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN CARD, Driving License etc).
- Existing account screenshot in App
- New Account Cancel Cheque photo
- New account type of ID proof
- Reason to change the bank account
BharatPe Customer Care/ Transaction Issue Complaint
Enquiry of UPI Transaction Settlement issue. The NPCI UPI is very robust and almost 99.99% transactions are successful, but many time due to the network issue, congestion, technical limitation your transaction status may be pending. Please check the UPI Address associated with the BharatPe Account.
As you are saying that Transaction was sucecssful but the money is not yet credited in account. UPI Transaction is realtime and 24×7. So, the amount should have reflected in realtime.
I would recommend you:
Please do check the BANK Account (from where the money is deducted) call the customer care (BANK) and ask the transaction current postion.
If it is success, then you have to call the BHARATPE Customer Care

Dear All Well wisher, I have paid an amount of 18400 from my paytm to Bharatpe shopkeeper through the QR Code on 9th November, 2020. Amount debited from my account but could not credited to the shopkeeper account. Paytm answered me that the transaction is successful on the same day but the shopkeeper did not get the money yet. My bank statement also shows that the money was deducted from me. The shopkeeper already gave his bank statement of 9th, 11th and 12 th november.
