BSNL No Network/ Temporarily Blocked Complaint to customer care/ Recharge (Monthly Validity Plan)/ Dailing Failed
BSNL Subscribers are facing new type of problem. The outgoing calls are not possible and saying “Your account is temporarily blocked. Please recharge immediately“. The customer are also not able to use INTERNET due to this problem. The customer care number (Toll-free) for mobile and broadband is also giving the same problem.
BSNL Customer Care Number: 1800-180-1503 is also down with same voice message that “Your account is temporarily blocked. Please recharge immediately“.
Good News is that: You can reach customer care of BSNL by calling from other networks to 18001801503 is working for BSNL GSM Services (Prepaid/ Postpaid).

Dailing Failed. Cannot connect to mobile network
BSNL Mobile has faced major breakdown on the network both DATA and VOICE. The BSNL Mobile in Rajasthan, Haryana users are getting error in network connection “Dailing Failed. Cannot connect to mobile network” if we are calling on 1503 frim BSNL SIM.
The customer care number is also not reachable and error voice call message “BSNL is out of coverage area” Please try later.
BSNL Account Blocked
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is providing Mobile (GSM – Prepaid, Postpaid), Broadband, services in India. The customer associated with the BSNL has to recharge “VALIDITY EXTENSION”
If your validity is over, then you will get this type of issue.
The incoming calls/ SMS will be active for a while but if you don’t extend validity then your mobile number is blocked for incoming calls too.
