CRED a new innovative service launched by FreeCharge founder Kunal Shah. Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited (“Dreamplug”) developed and launched CRED App on 19 April 2018. The CRED Services help users to get big rewards on Credit Card Bill Payments via CRED App. The rewards are in form of CRED Coin which can be used on any Online Portal also, you can encash/ transfer rewards to your bank account. CRED slogan #killthebill is very famous during the ICC Cricket Work Cup also the advertisement can be seen on Hotstar Live Cricket Match Streaming. Some of the CRED users facing issue in rewards, payments. Not able to create an account.

CRED Credit Card Payment Status (Pending/ Failed)
In last 13 days (1 August onwards) the customer @CRED Club App are facing issue on Credit Card Payment for their SBI/ Axis Bank/ HDFC/ ICICI/ Baroda Bank /Bajaj Finserv and various other CREDIT CARDS. Below are the issues:-
- Payment is successful: CC Payment made at CRED is successful but the status of Payment is “Pending”
- Payment is failed: Amount is deducted but it payment is not showing in CRED App.
- Credit Card Last Date is coming but CRED has not paid in time
- Bad CIBIL Score due to non-payment of CC payment by CRED CLUB.

Dreamplug (Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited) has a dedicated customer care support team to assist in case of any issue occur during the following operation:-
- CRED new account creating (fetching details error)

CRED Credit Card Payment Failed
An issue in Credit Card Payment on CRED App are very less but if you encounter a failed transaction/ Credit Card Payment on CRED App. You have to report it ASAP to the CRED Customer Care Team.
Phone Number support is not available. So, you can send an email or contact/ register ticket via CRED CLUB App.

Once you complete a registration on the App, you will be a User of CRED which allows you to:
Access and use the services provided in the App; and feed your Credit card/s information with the respective payments to be made and make a payment to Dreamplug, which shall then proceed to make such payment on your behalf to the concerned Credit card/bank.

Open CRED Account
CRED is a members-only app that offers you exclusive rewards for paying your credit card bill. To get the benefit/ reward and Promo Code you need to register at CRED App. Enjoy and get rewards to add your friends and family by sharing CRED App. Once your friend/ family join the CRED Club (by your link) you will be rewarded. Following details are required to open a CRED Account.

Delete CRED Account
To delete your CRED Credit Card information from the CRED App, you need to go to the Accounts Section and Click on the “Account Dissociate”. After that, all your personal details/ credit card information, bill history will be deleted from CRED App.
What is the CRED GEM (Reward Coin) Program
After you create a CRED Account, you can gain/ earn CRED Coin also called as the CRED Gems. It is a new currency introduced by the CRED Credit Card Payment. It is separate from the CRED Coin. Once you refer friends/ family or any user to the CRED Community (App) you earn CRED GEMS (10 CRED GEM Coins).

I made payment through CRED app on 18th Oct.. transection was successful but it’s been 12 days amount not yet credited to my credit card. I tried their app support…there is an auto reply transection successful and some nos. their is no option to talk with those guys

Do not worry, your money is safe. Please do check the status at CRED. If the status is showing “FAILED/ UNDERProcess” Please contact to CRED Customer Service.

I have made the payment on 29th October 2019 and still it’s not reflecting to the my credit Card and now i am getting calls, SMS, emails for non-payment of credit card which is spoiling my cibil records and also i have been imposed penalties for late payment on credit Card, Bank has already informed me that payment has been successfully done on the same time and payment also received to CRED message also been received from CRED system

I also made the payment of 63930rs towards my city bank credit card payment through Google pay on 25th JAN. In cred app shows payment successful but not reflecting in my account. Sent required document to customer care.not able connect to customer as auto reply comes and call back request no one is responding. Any one got resolution this kind of issue. It’s not small amount 😭. My almost whole month salary I have payed.
Payment got deducted from my account for HDFC Regalia First credit card. But the same has not been credited to my card. Last date for payment is 3rd Nov.

The payment takes 2-3 days to update. Please wait. It will be credited in your Credit Card number.
I made payment for 51K for my HDFC credit card via Cred through UPI. Payment was debited from my account but CRED said that payment has failed. There is no way to reach out to CRED customer care and resolve our concerns.

They are giving system generated messages and there is no scope for personal interaction. They are not even intimating whether they have received the amount or payment has failed at bank’s end.

You can directly call the BANK CUSTOMER CARE and ask the actual status of payment (transaction). If the payment is a success, then you should email to the CRED and ask them to resolve this issue ASAP. You will surely get help.

I made payment through cred APP. In CRED APP it is showing payment success. In Bank account, it is not showing. I got a message from bank saying your transaction failed due to invalid IFSC code.
