CRED a new innovative service launched by FreeCharge founder Kunal Shah. Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited (“Dreamplug”) developed and launched CRED App on 19 April 2018. Directors are KUNAL NARESH SHAH, ROHAN SHAH NARESH and MEYER MALKA and Nominee Director is SANDEEP TANDON (also co-founded FreeCharge.in). The CRED Services help users to get big rewards on Credit Card Bill Payments via CRED App. The rewards are in form of CRED Coin which can be used on any Online Portal also, you can encash/ transfer rewards to your bank account. CRED slogan #killthebill is very famous during the ICC Cricket Work Cup also the advertisement can be seen on Hotstar Live Cricket Match Streaming. Some of the CRED users facing issue in rewards, payments. Not able to create an account.

CRED Credit Card Payment Status (Pending/ Failed)

In last 13 days (1 August onwards) the customer @CRED Club App are facing issue on Credit Card Payment for their SBI/ Axis Bank/ HDFC/ ICICI/ Baroda Bank /Bajaj Finserv and various other CREDIT CARDS. Below are the issues:-

  1. Payment is successful: CC Payment made at CRED is successful but the status of Payment is “Pending”
  2. Payment is failed: Amount is deducted but it payment is not showing in CRED App.
  3. Credit Card Last Date is coming but CRED has not paid in time
  4. Bad CIBIL Score due to non-payment of CC payment by CRED CLUB.

Dreamplug (Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited) has a dedicated customer care support team to assist in case of any issue occur during the following operation:-

Open CRED Account

CRED is a members-only app that offers you exclusive rewards for paying your credit card bill. To get the benefit/ reward and Promo Code you need to register at CRED App. Enjoy and get rewards to add your friends and family by sharing CRED App. Once your friend/ family join the CRED Club (by your link) you will be rewarded. Following details are required to open a CRED Account.

  • Valid email address

Delete CRED Account

To delete your CRED Credit Card information from the CRED App, you need to go to the Accounts Section and Click on the “Account Dissociate”. After that, all your personal details/ credit card information, bill history will be deleted from CRED App.

What is the CRED GEM (Reward Coin) Program

After you create a CRED Account, you can gain/ earn CRED Coin also called as the CRED Gems. It is a new currency introduced by the CRED Credit Card Payment. It is separate from the CRED Coin. Once you refer friends/ family or any user to the CRED Community (App) you earn CRED GEMS (10 CRED GEM Coins).

Hi,
I am a new user and I have connected 2 credited cards. Both are SBI credit cards. I have made payment to both of my Sbi credit cards.
The problem is the amount is credited to only one of my credit card. One the other card the transaction I have made on 2september is not yet credited even though it’s debited from my bank account.
Can you please check and tell me where the payment went.

Hi CRED,

I am tried paying 25000 rs to my SBI credit card through netbanking from DBS Digibank, authenticated, entered OTP, money got deducted but finally CRED says payment failed. I observed that there was a network slowness while doing this, so when will get my money back, I have raised complaints from both CRED and Digibank side. Request you to tell whether any other action is required from myside ?

I have made the payment to.my hdfc credit card for Rs.53394/-. It is failed saying that it did not get confirmation from bank. I have reported this issue in both at griviance cell at app and support team at app, but no response so far. In the app, it is showing it will be resolved in next few days like 1st october, 3rd october. Now it is showing 7th october. I wonder where is the money now. I am seriously waiting for this money. I am sorry to say this that this is irresponsible app.

I did payment of my HDFC credit card via Cred for sum of 20495. The amount is deducted from my account but it shows payment failed. My due date for credit card is in 2 days. How to get my money back in the account.
Henceforth i can’t trust on Cred for any credit card payment. They do not even have customer care number with whom we can talk and resolve our concern.
Kindly help get my money credited in my account.

My best suggestion was dont pay your credit card bills through third party apps sometimes it may take long time then you are the responsible for late payment .dont depend n points or something

Ticket # 340172 payment done in wrong bank (by cred) I have done a payment of my CC of AXIS bank via CRED and after the payment a message showing that payment is done to SBI card, as after submitting my CC number it is autofetched by cred and there also it’s showing as AXIS ZONE but it is paid to SBI which is wrong because there is no CC with same number in SBI. I paid a citi credit card bill through cred app on 5th October, 2019 for an amount of ₹18472. On 8th October, which is the last day of payment the amount got deducted automatically from my account toward the same bill as it takes 48 hours on the app to reflect the Please help with this matter, is there a way to reverse the payment. I am able to see now that the transaction failed and the due date is already gone. Please help me as i have already done the payment and now it is an issue for me.

Hi,
I made a payment of 40,000 to my credit card using the Cred App and the amount has been deducted from my savings account TWICE. I contacted the support team via email and they asked for a bank statement.
After I have submitted the bank statement clearly showing two transactions they have stopped replying.

There is no way to escalate this issue or get in touch with them other than just wait for their email and go through the stress till then. This is really frustrating as those funds are required urgently to be transferred somewhere else.

How do I go about this?
