BHIM UPI Official App is one of the popular Unified Payment Interface (UPI) App after Google Pay, PhonePe and PayTM App. In the process of installation, the customer is facing issue “Error Generating OTP“. BHIM 6 Digit OTP Customer Care
National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) has developed BHIM UPI App. Download BHIM UPI App from Google Play Store or iPhone Apple iTunes Stores. There is error in BHIM UPI “Error Generating OTP at the time of adding 6 Digit Debit Card details. So, there is issue with the BHIM UPI Mobile Verification Process. Error Generating OTP in BHIM App is major issue/ problem that customer are facing right now.
Customer should directly call the customer care support team to resolve BHIM Toll-Free number is 18001201740 or on the helpline number 022-45414740 (Also, tell the helpdesk team your mobile number and email ID). Never share your debit card/ credit card details with customer care.
BHIM 6 Digit UPI PIN Generation Step
This step is very mandatory. To use the BHIM app, you have to follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Download the official NPCI BHIM App from Google Play Stor (iOS & Windows App not available at present)
Step 2: Verify your mobile number. (added in bank account)
Step 3: Select your banks.
Step 4: Verify your debit card (enter only last 6 digit of debit card/ visa or MasterCard rupay card and valid upto information.
Step 5: You get the OTP to set 6 digit UPI PIN code.
Step 6: Use the OTP and set your 6 digit UPI PIN (this pin can be used in your bank UPI also). Use the OT soon because the expiry of OTP code is 15 minutes

Why you get Error in Generating OTP Code?
Answer: In the first time you may have received OTP by mobile SMS. Use it before 15 minutes, because after 15 minuted the code is expired.
If your OTP is not verified in the first time. What should you do?
Answer: You have to remove the screen lock, because once your screen is locked, you are asked for passcode and you can see “Please Wait” many times. Just remove the screen lock.
When should I try to generate the OTP of BHIM App?
Answer: After 15 minutes, you try and follow the steps – enter last 6 digit of debit card, valid upto details.
