Requesting Money via BHIM App
a) If you have requesting money from BHIM App, then your mobile number is verified by NPCI. You have also added one bank account.
b) Now, click on the “Request” option.
c) You may get error message as seen in the photo below >>> Request could not be made. Error occurred while requesting money.
Solution: Follow the steps to given below.
Step 1: First of all, you must exit all the app running >> Clear the RAM and exit BHIM App.
Step 2: Open the BHIM App, enter your passcode.
Step 3: Go the the “Bank Account” and SET 6 digit PIN (if you already had, no need to change it).
Step 4: Click on the Back Arrow button on the top left, now
Step 5: Click on Requestion Money button.
Step 6: Enter “mobile number” or UPI Payment Address mobilenumber@UPI etc. Verify that. There may be “Invalid payment address” ask other person to download UPI app and set his/ her payment address.
Step 7: After verify UPI Payment address >> enter amount >> remark if any >> valid upto etc. details.
Step 8: Click on “Request” and your request of money using BHIM App is solved.
