New Loan Application Rejected
Some of the old customers who already have paid (EMI’s) of Loan and closed old account. Applying for the fresh/ new loan is rejected without any reason. CREDIT CIBIL Score is also very good. Note: The Customer taking loan from KreditBee App, please check the FAQ sections. If you are a defaulter (who have not paid the EMIs in time) will not get the loan from KreditBEE as per Terms of use.
Repayment @KreditBee Loan – Customer Care
As the dates of EMI Repayment has come, the customers are facing issue in Loan Repayment. Some have a complaint that while processing the repayment, money is deducted but it has failed. Still, the Payment is pending. Note: We suggest you not to pay 2 times. You need to send the payment receipt to the Customer Care via EMAIL.
No. We support loan repayments only through the KreditBee app via Debit Card, Net-Banking, UPI, Paytm Wallet or Bank Transfer. If you are facing an issue while repaying your loan, kindly write to us an e-mail on [email protected] and we shall look into it.

KreditBee Micro Loan (Apply/ EMI)
The Microloans are the very less amount of loan that person can avail from KreditBee. The minimum amount that you can avail as Micro Loan is ₹ 1,000 with the maximum amount being ₹ 15,000. You need to repay your Micro Loan anywhere between 15 days to 3 months from the Loan Disbursal Date depending on your Loan terms.

As you are saying the Payment was done using the UPI and money got debited from Bank account. The current status of payment is not reflected at KreditBee Loan App. In such case, you should wait for 24 hours also you must contact the customer care via Email. Send them the Screenshot of payment.
