RedCarpet Tech Pvt Ltd has developed online platform (Mobile App) that helps user to get loan, credit line cards and e-commerce loans using the RedCarpet App. RedCarpet also provides two cards, one is the virtual card called as Ruby Card whereas other is Physical Card called as Zeta Card. The customer applying for the Card has to activate card via Online RedCarpet Mobile App/ OTP verification. The RedCarpet also lends money to an eligibile citizen of India. To get the Personal (Quick) Loan, the user has to download official RedCarpet App from Google Play Store. At present iOS/ Windows App has not been developed. The Customer facing issue can approach customer service available in three modes i.e. Email, Phone Support, Google Play Store and also on Twitter.

RedCarpet Loan Documents Required & Eligibility
To get the fast approval of loan/ credit card. The user needs to check the documents/ eligibility requirement:
- Government ID: Any Government ID like Aadhar, Voter, Driving, Passport
- Employment Proof / Student ID: You can upload salary slip, Bank statement. If you’re a student, you can just upload student ID
- PAN: If you don’t have a PAN card, you can sign our Form 60 and upload it on the app
- Selfie with Govt ID: Selfie with the Govt ID (that you have selected)
