Department of Information Technology and Communications (DoITC) has developed Rajasthan Sampark to help the customer-facing any issue/ problem in Rajasthan Roadways (RSRTC) and other Services or Products. To lodge online complaint, the customer should have a valid mobile number to verify identity without with online complaint registration is not possible.
- Enter your mobile so that the status of complaint can be obtained by SMS
- Note down your complaint reference number (also you can obtain old reference number of Rajasthan Sampark).
- Enter the category of your libel like the problem is private or is public or the state employee.
- Keep in mind the further reference of the complaint number of your libel.
- The lodger will be responsible for lodging the wrong complaint.
- Scan on Document Output Resolution (ppi) 150.
- Do not enter libel for the right to information. And contact the concerned department for it.
