State Bank mCASH is a simple and quick way to claim funds using a mobile number or e-mail id sent by SBl customers through internet Banking or  SBI Yono LITE mobile application. State Bank of India developed SBI mCASH App for Android/ iOS and Windows Smartphone. Currently, SBI mCash App is not available on Google Play Store giving error message “We’re sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server.” because this feature is included in the current version of SBI Yono LITE App.

Using the SBI mCASH APP is very easy. Install SBI Yono LITE App, and follow the instructions. Previously State Bank Anywhere Personal is now SBI Yono LITE. So update it. The State Bank of India has also created online “Customer Complaint Form“. In this form, you have to fill complete details and submit. Within 24 to 48 hours, your query will be solved by Customer Support Team. The status of the ticket can be checked only.

SBI mCash – How to use Guide

To use the SBI mCASH Feature, App – The customer has to register/ download SBI Yono LITE App from Google Play Store or iOS or Windows/ Blackberry App Store.

Send Money: User can send money using 2 options

  • Mobile No: Customer needs to enter Beneficiary mobile number, amount and enter remarks, if any, regarding the transaction. They need to accept the Terms & Conditions before initiating the transaction.
  • Email ID: Customer needs to enter Beneficiary email ID, amount and enter remarks, if any, regarding the transaction.

Receive Money:

At the beneficiary end, the recipient needs a Bank account, not necessarily with SBl. The beneficiary can receive money through Internet Banking (INB) pre-login. The recipient will receive a link in the SMS or email based on the medium chosen by the sender. An 8 digit passcode will be provided in the communication which is required to be used on the State Bank mCASH option in INB pre-login (Passcode expires within 5 days of creation).

Beneficiary: Beneficiary is required to enter the Account Number, IFSC Code, Mobile number or Email address and Passcode in the space provided. Funds are transferred “Real-time” via fund transfer functionality or IMPS facility for interbank transfers.

SBI mCASH Features

Any SBI customer having Internet Banking facility can now transfer funds to a third party without beneficiary registration, either through mobile number or email-lD of the beneficiary.

At the other end, the beneficiary with an account of any Bank can claim the fund either through State Bank mCASH Mobile App or mCASH link available on OnlineSBI. The recipient will receive a link in the SMS or email and 8 digit passcode based on the medium chosen by the sender.

The beneficiary is required to enter the Account Number. IFS Code, and Passcode. Mobile number or Email address. After due validations. “Real Time’’ funds would be transferred to the desired account.

State Bank mCASH app has two options as; ‘’Claim; and ‘Favourites”. In “Favourites’ section, customers can store account number and IFSC code (maximum 5 accounts) for future claims.

SBI mCash Transaction Limits

To use the mCash feature of State Bank of India. Lets check the maximum transaction limit (daily/ per user) and transaction charges fee.

mCash Limits

  • Rs. 1,101 per transaction
  • Rs. 2,202 per day per user
  • Maximum Amount: Rs.5101/-in a  month

Charges: Rs. 2.50 Per transactions inclusive of taxes. Availability: The SBI mCASH can be accessed 24×7 hours.
