Before calling the customer care number, you need to check the warranty status. Symphony Air Cooler carries a 1 year Warranty. Check the purchase date in the billing. Hi Sir,
This is shivani I want to inform you that We purshased symphony aircooler touch 110ltr on 3rd June 2019 it has been 7days, performance is very poor and waterpump is not working and i gave complaint 2 times technician came and he said that the cooler is fine and there is no problem in it and it is also very expensive cooler .Now i want to refund either exchange this cooler with other one due to pathetic performance .please help .
